Please read this terms and agreement carefully. Your support activity for the IAPLC 2011 indicates that you accept the following Terms and Conditions.

The IAPLC 2011 Supporter Terms and Conditions of Agreements

The IAPLC 2011 Supporter Requirements

IAPLC 2011 Supporters must be one of the followings:
A person who belongs to Nature Aquarium club / forum, ADA product wholesaler, retailer or distributor, or, a person who popularizing Nature Aquarium at individual level and willing to promote IAPLC 2011.
Only one representative from each club / forum is acceptable. Only one representative from each shop / whole sail store / distributor is acceptable.
A person who have participated to IAPLC at least once before and will participate to the IAPLC 2011.
A person who well understands the IAPLC concept and Nature Aquarium philosophy.

Supporter Activity Requirements

IAPLC 2011 Supporters are requested to:

Promote the IAPLC 2011 and Nature Aquarium actively.
Use promotional tools: poster, fryer, and online information provided by the IAPLC steering committee effectively.
Submit an activity schedule to the IAPLC steering committee on time.
Perform support activity at least once until closing date and writing a report to the IAPLC steering committee.

Termination

The IAPLC steering committee may terminate the supporter registration without prior notice for the following reasons.

Not performing any supporter activity.
Registered information contains any falsifying information.
Being unreachable or unable to communicate with the IAPLC steering committee.
Not doing any detriment or deceptive report to the IAPLC steering committee.
Using promotional items or information provided from the IAPLC Steering committee for improper purpose or purpose other than the IAPLC without prior written notice.

NOTICES AND INFORMATION

You acknowledge and agree that the IAPLC steering committee disclaims any responsibility for damage and loss caused by your own supporter activities.
The terms and agreements are subject to change without notice.
